Great news Planet, Islands Fresh Mex Grill is GREEN! Since day one, we’ve taken a stand in the fight against pollution and environmental waste. We figured “why stop with the freshest ingredients when we can also have the freshest atmosphere” (pun intended).

The Islands Fresh Mex Grill Team is environmentally considerate and our restaurant is eco-friendly. From top to bottom, we’ve chosen the highest quality materials because we don’t want to endanger the earth or the experience.

• Our to-go cups and lids, (with the green stripe) are made from 100% corn and are fully combustible
• Eco friendly flooring from door to door
• Environmentally safe paints were used throughout the restaurant
• Eco friendly bamboo material lines our walls
